As products are shipped from Asia and the MIddle East, returns are not accepted. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact on [email protected] with photos and I’ll see what we can sort out for you! 🙂

Orders are processed within 3-5 working days and delivery is 10-14 working from despatch. This includes international orders.

Products are shipped from primarily India, China and the Middle East. Products are shipped internationally for £14.99 for up to 1KG of goods & £25 up to 2kG.

As they are natural based products, each product will vary slightly. My suppliers use local businesses whose traditions are rooted in classic handmade products for jewellery & gemstones. Premium quality but each with its unique character
