1. Who We Are
Majestic Mindsets (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website majesticmindsets.com (the “Site”) and provides online courses focused on mindset development (the “Service”). We are the data controller responsible for your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. The Information We Collect
We keep the personal data we collect to a minimum. We collect:
- Email address — collected when you sign up for an account or purchase a course.
We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or any other personal details unless you choose to provide them to us directly (for example, in an email you send us).
Payment information. If you purchase a course, your payment is handled directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive, see, or store your card details — these are processed securely by the payment provider under its own privacy policy and security standards (such as PCI DSS).
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the Site running properly. This is standard functionality provided by our WordPress hosting environment and is not used to track, profile, or advertise to you.
3. How and Why We Use Your Information
We use your email address to:
- create and manage your account;
- give you access to the courses you have purchased;
- send you important service communications (e.g. course access details, updates to a course you’ve purchased, or changes to our policies);
- send you occasional announcements about new or updated courses; and
- respond if you contact us.
Legal basis. We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR Article 6:
- Performance of a contract — to create your account and give you access to courses you’ve purchased.
- Legitimate interests — to send you service-related updates and occasional announcements about our courses, where we consider this a reasonable expectation of our relationship with you and not overridden by your interests. You can object to this at any time (see Section 8).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
We only share your data with trusted service providers who help us run the Service (our data “processors”), such as our website hosting provider and email delivery provider. These providers are only permitted to process your data on our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements consistent with UK GDPR Article 28.
We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law, or to protect our legal rights.
5. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (such as our hosting provider) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data to UK GDPR standards.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your email address for as long as you have an active account with us, or until you ask us to delete it. We may retain limited data for a further period where necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, accounting and tax record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including secure hosting, restricted access to our systems, and working only with reputable service providers.
8. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Objection — object to our use of your data for legitimate interests (including any occasional announcement emails — you can also unsubscribe using the link in any email).
- Portability — ask for your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time.

10. Children
Our Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
