1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules for using majesticmindsets.com and our online courses (the “Service”). It applies to everyone who accesses or uses the Service, including registered account holders. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

- upload course content to any file-sharing site, forum, social media platform, or other public location; or
- use course content to create competing products or services.
4. Prohibited Technical Conduct
You must not:
- use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any other automated means to access, extract, or copy data or content from the Site;
- attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security, access control, or paywall feature of the Service;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or any non-public areas of the Service;
- introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; or
- interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Site or its servers.
5. Prohibited User Conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any other person;
- impersonate any person or entity;
- upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; or
- engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
6. Consequences of Violation
If we reasonably believe you have breached this Policy, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:
- issue a warning;
- suspend or permanently terminate your account, without refund;
- remove or restrict access to any content; and/or
- take legal action, including for infringement of our intellectual property rights, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

8. Changes to This Policy
