These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of majesticmindsets.com (the “Site”) and the online courses and related services we provide (the “Service”), operated by Majestic Mindsets (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a course. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Your Account
To access our courses, you’ll need to create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials confidential and secure;
- all activity that occurs under your account; and
- notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must not share your account or login credentials with anyone else. See our Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.
4. Courses and Digital Content
Our courses are supplied as digital content, delivered online. When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that course for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
We may update, improve, or occasionally retire course content. Where reasonably possible, we will give you notice of significant changes.
5. Payment and Pricing
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect courses you have already purchased.
6. Your Right to Cancel and Refunds
14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you have not substantially completed or downloaded the majority of the course materials.
Digital content and your statutory cancellation rights. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for digital content. Because our courses are delivered immediately as digital content, by starting a course you agree that we may begin supplying the digital content to you straight away, and you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once course delivery has begun. Notwithstanding this, we voluntarily offer the 14-day money-back guarantee described above as a matter of good practice.

Nothing in these Terms affects your other statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, branding, logos, and other materials on the Site are owned by Majestic Mindsets or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly share, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written permission. Your licence to access a course is for your personal use only.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
9. No Professional Advice / Results Disclaimer
Our courses provide general educational content on mindset development. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. We do not guarantee any specific personal or professional outcomes or results from completing a course — results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
