Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
I’m just 1 man doing all this by myself 🙂 Pls be patient.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, I will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All domestic shipping to the UK cost £9.99 (flat rate). Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping provider.
– For UK orders sent via small parcel service (Yodel), delivery can take 3-5 working days after dispatch.
– Orders sent via APC are booked on an overnight service for delivery the next working day.
– Small items up to 500 grams (for EU) and up to 999 grams (ZONES 5 + 6) will be sent with DHL Packet Plus. This service is tracked and signatures are available on over 80% or deliveries.
– Delivery times out of the EU can take up to 15 working days. Â
International Shipping Policy
Products ship from various locations globally (mainly Asia) to reduce carbon footprint so your goodies don’t need to be transported around the world pointlessly. Supplier to YOU.
Up to 1KG of weight costs £15.99 to the US & Canada.
Above this weight, I may reach out to you by email!
Up to 1KG of weight anywhere else internationally is £18.99

Orders are sent via DHL for US, Canada & International orders. But if bulky or high quantity of items are purchased then the shipping price will be more than the price paid  as this is based on the total volume weight of the order… more weight, more money obviously. And you will be notified about this by email.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Cachet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
